We always aim to provide the best quality products to our customers. In the rare occasion that you have received a faulty item, kindly email your name, tracking code, product name and photographs of the product and fault to hello@frescaonthego.com.

• Warranty is eligible within 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Warranty only covers manufacturers defect. It does not include damage due to negligence from personal use.
• We only offer replacements. Refunds are not part of our warranty policy.
